Opt for a pampering Organic Glam Manicure or embark on the legendary Four Hands at Four Seasons spa journey. Either way, you’ll depart this luxury spa feeling calm, balanced, and rejuvenated.
Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with an energizing pear, ginger, and basil shot while they complete a consultation form. The reception area boasts a cloud-shaped pearlescent desk set on a wooden floor, with spa products displayed on shelves on either side.
Beyond the reception desk, you’ll find a waiting area adorned with beige leather dish chairs, pristine white moth orchids, and panoramic windows offering a stunning view of the London skyline.
Following the treatment, guests are escorted to their private relaxation pods. Secluded by discreet curtains, each pod features a comfortable lounger bed with a pillow. Before leaving, guests can savor water and herbal tea served with bite-sized snacks. During our visit, we delighted in raw almonds and orange peel coated in vanilla yogurt, paired with a pot of hot chamomile tea.
The spa is located on the 10th floor of the hotel, behind unmistakable wooden double doors. Unlike many spas, it has a coed pre-treatment lounge instead of separate female and male relaxation lounges. Here, guests can unwind on soft loungers by the fireplace, sipping hot tea.
You don’t need to bring your own toiletries as the locker room is stocked with body lotion, razors, combs, cotton products, hair styling products, and more to help you get ready.
Among the offerings, the Personalised Facial stands out. Skilled therapists tailor techniques to your skincare goals and offer expert advice. For a more intense facial, try the CACI Non-Surgical Facelift which uses waveforms and frequencies in sync with your body’s bio-electrical field to yield immediate results.
In line with Four Seasons’ philosophy, the Personalised Body Massage employs a mix of techniques based on your needs. Options range from Swedish, aromatherapy, deep muscle massage, lymphatic drainage, to hot stones, or a combination of them all.
The wet areas are conveniently located in a peaceful space between the locker room and coed pre-treatment lounge. Gray slate flooring surrounds the vitality pool, equipped with candles on its edges, a button to activate jet streams, and a submerged lounging bench made of metal bars.
Opposite the pool is the herbal steam room, comfortably accommodating four to five guests. The sauna features a window overlooking the city and three benches with pillows for guests who wish to lie down. Additionally, there’s a rain shower, a shelf of towels, room temperature and chilled bottled water, and chilled towels.
